Why do I need to provide my correct personal details?
Funds on your MTrading account are protected by strict financial security arrangements and customer care policies including:
1. Authorisation and monitoring by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
2. Our Terms and Conditions
The personal info you provide must match the documents you will send us for verification. If these details don’t match or found to be incorrect, we will not be able to verify your account.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
Verifying your phone number enables more security options and allows us to send you critical notifications of possible stop-outs due to low margin level.
Why do I need to upload my identification documents?
We want your money to be safe and secure. Additionally, as a regulated broker, we must meet the requirements set by the Financial Commission. For these reasons, we ask you to upload documents that verify your identity before you are able to withdraw your funds.
Which documents do you accept?
Go to your Trader’s Room document page, click the `upload document` button and follow the steps to learn what documents we can and cannot accept.
Why is my profile not verified?
It may be that you have not verified your documents or phone number. Contact our customer support team via chat on mtrading.com for more info or send e-mail to support@mtrading.com
The verification process can take up to 1-3 working days.
Why are my documents rejected?
Your Trader’s Room documents have not met the requirements given in the second step of uploading, or there was a specific mismatch between requested and provided files. Contact our customer support team via chat on mtrading.com for more info.
How to change my personal details?
Email your request (how do you want to change your profile details) to our customer support team at support@mtrading.com
Our specialist will assist you with all the necessary information after receiving your e-mail.
Should I upload new documents after they expire?
Yes. We must maintain valid documents to meet regulatory requirements set by the Financial Commission.
My phone number has changed, what should I do?

Can I make deposit from card/wallet of my friend?
All operations must be completed from the account owner payment systems. No 3rd party payments are accepted. Please, use only your personal payment data.
How do I deposit funds?

How much do I have to deposit to start?
The minimum depends on the account type you have chosen.
For the M.Premium account, the minimum deposit is set to be 100$, for the M.Pro account, the amount is $500. For more information about the account differences visit this page.

It depends on the payment system you have chosen to make your deposit/withdrawal.
The deposit fee is 0% usually.

How long does it take for my deposit to reach my trading account?
It depends on the payment system you have chosen to make your deposit. For example, deposits made with a credit card take 10-15 min usually, e-wallets also can be fast though the max time is 24 hr, a bank transfer may take as long as 1-3 working days.
How can I make sure that my money is safe with FXTK?
Funds on your FXTK account are protected by strict financial security arrangements and customer care policies including:
Funds are segregated from the assets of FXTK and kept in a regulated banking institution to ensure they are available at all times, which means they cannot be used by the company for its own purposes.
Funds are protected by the Negative Balance Correction Service which means that no matter what happens on the market, you would never find yourself in a situation when you owe something to FXTK.
In case the dispute arises, you’re protected by the Financial Commission that covers each case with up to €20.000.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawals, as well as the deposits, are made via the personal cabinet.
Go to the withdrawal page in your personal cabinet and follow the instructions.
Withdrawal method should match with the deposit method so if you deposited with the card, you would need to withdraw to the same card.
How much can I withdraw?
You can withdraw the full amount of your account balance minus the funds that are used currently for supporting opened positions.
Single withdrawal request should be greater than the necessary fee amount and be minimum $10 or it`s equivalent in other currencies.
How long does it take for the funds to reach my account after withdrawal?
It depends on the payment system you have chosen:
How will I know that the withdrawal has been successful?
You will get an automatic notification once we send the funds and you can always check your transactions or account balance. Your chosen payment system dictates how long it will take for the funds to reach you.
My bank card/e-wallet has changed. What should I do?

What is a trading account?
It’s pretty much like a bank account but with FXTK. You need this account to deposit and withdraw funds so that you can open and then support your current positions.

How do I open a Demo account?

Why is my account not visible?
Go to your Trader’s Room accounts page to check your account`s current status. You can request further details by contacting our customer support team via support@forextk.com or in the live chats.
What is my MT4 username?
Your account number is your username.
Where can I find the password for MT4?
1. You can find the password for your MT4 Demo account in the `accounts` section of your personal cabinet. Just click the button `more` next to the account you need a password for.
2. Your MT4 Live account should be set by you in your personal cabinet in the `accounts` tab. Just click on the account number and then on `change/set password`. If you need to reset the password, you can do it there as well.
What is the password for my Demo account?
Your Demo account and investor passwords are always visible by going to your Trader’s Room accounts page and clicking `Show password`. The investor password gives you view-only access that you can not trade with, while the account password gives you full demo trading access.
What is the password for my Live account and how do I reset it?
If you don’t know your Live account password, you will need to reset it:
Please note, investor password gives you view-only access so that you can not trade with such a password and open any new order.
How can I login to my Trader’s Room (Personal Cabinet)?
Go to the login page, type in the email address you’ve registered with and the password you set during the registration process.
I forgot my Trader’s Room password, what should I do?
Visit the password reset page, type in your email address and click the `Reset` button.
How do I get the login credentials for my trading account?
Your Trader’s Room preferences page provides your registered login email. You can request further details from our contact support team.
What is leverage and what should I choose?
Leverage trading allows traders to open positions much larger than their own capital. It is also called margin trading. forextk.com offers up to 1:1000 leverages.
For example, 1:100 leverage means you are required to have 1% of the transaction size in your account as a margin.

I am trying to open an account - which currency should I choose?
Like in a bank account, the money is stored in the specific currency. You can’t change it. If you want another currency, you need to open a new account. There is also a reporting currency which you can change in your profile. This currency is the currency used to display the consolidated reports across all your accounts.
For example, you may have one account in GBP, another account in USD and your reporting currency in EUR, so you see your total balance across your two accounts in EUR.
It is allowed to have up to 4 live accounts at the same time.
Which Live account type should I choose?
FXTK offers competitive trading terms and a variety of services on each account type. Your choice should be based on your trading needs. For beginners, we recommend choosing Premium account. For more information about the account types, visit this page.
How do I check my account balance?
You can see this anytime on your Trader’s Room accounts page.
What does margin mean?
Margin is the amount of money that traders have to deposit and keep on the account when they open a position. This amount is not a fee or transaction cost. We determine our margin requirements by taking a percentage of the notional trade size. For example, if you want to open a position for $10,000 (0,1 lots) and the leverage on your account is 1:100, the required margin equals to $100.
How do I trade?

What is the difference between demo and real accounts?
While all features and functions of a real account are also available for a demo account, you should keep in mind that simulation cannot replicate real trading market conditions. One relevant difference is that the volume executed through the simulation does not affect the market; while in real trading volumes have effect on the market, especially when the deal size is large. The speed of execution is the same for real trading accounts as for the demo accounts.
How can I view my trading history?
Open the terminal window by pressing Ctrl+T on your keyboard, and select the `Account History` tab. Right-click to enable the context menu, which will allow you to save your trading history as an .html file so that you can later view it when you log out of the trading platform.
Can I use robot/auto traders or expert advisors?
Yes, you can. All our trading platforms support the use of EAs.
How do I add an expert advisor?
To add an expert advisor (EA), first you need to open the MT4 Client Terminal, click on `File` on the top navigation menu, and choose the Open Data Folder in the drop-down menu. In the Open Data Folder click on MQL4 and Experts. The Experts folder is where you can add the expert advisors (EAs). Paste the .mq4 or .ex4 EA file into the Experts folder. Once you are ready with this, restart the MT4 platform by closing it and then reopening it.
What do I do if the attached expert advisor does not trade?
First check if trading is allowed by going to Tools -> Options -> Experts tab -> Allow real trading. Then make sure that the expert advisor button on the main toolbar is pressed. You should be able to see a smiley face in the top right-hand corner of your chart which shows that you have activated your EA correctly. If everything is all right, but the EA still does not trade, see your log files via the Experts tab in the Terminal window (you should be able to see what error occurs). I can only see 8 pairs on my MT4. How can I see the rest?
Log in to your MT4 platform -> Market watch window -> right-click -> Show all -> scroll down and you will be able to see all instruments available for trading.
Can I change the time zone in FXTK?
No, you can’t. The time zone of our trading servers is always GMT+2 winter time and GMT+3 summer time. GMT time setting avoids having small candlesticks on Sundays and therefore allows the running of technical analysis and backtesting to go more smoothly and straightforward.
What is ASK and BID price, and how can I see the opening/closing prices on my chart?
Every buy order opens at ASK price and gets closed at BID price, and every sell order opens at the BID price and gets closed at the ASK price. By default, you are only able to see the BID line on your chart. In order to see the ASK line, right-click the particular chart -> Properties -> Common-> and tick the Show ASK line.
Do you offer trading platforms for MAC?
Yes, we do. The MT4 trading platform is also available for MAC, and it can be downloaded here. Please, note if your Mac OS is Catalina, current MT4 version is not supported. You will need to use Webtrader, android app or OS solutions as VirtualBox, Parallels and etc
For how long can I keep my position open?
There are no limits on keeping your positions open, however, please, take into account that if you hold your positions overnight, `Swap` will be charged for each open order at 00:00 terminal time for the next day.
How to change the language of my MetaTrader 4?
Please, choose the menu `View` -> `Languages` -> your preferred language and click OK. After you restart the terminal, its language will be changed to the one you have chosen.
`Sell` and `Buy` buttons are inactive. Why?
It means that you have chosen an incorrect order volume for this account type. Please, check then your settings for order volume and compare them to the trading conditions stated on our website.
Order execution is slow. What can I do?
It is most likely that the connection with the current server has slowed down. You will need to switch to a faster server. To do it, please, left-click in the bottom right-hand corner of the trading terminal and choose `Rescan servers`.
What can I do if there is a `No connection` error in the bottom right-hand corner of the program?
Try to log into MT4 again (click on `File` -> `Login`) and this time fill in the third field of your terminal (`Server`) with the following IP-address: for the real (live) account: IP, instead of `server name` for demo account: IP, instead of `server name.

How many levels does the program include?
Our program features three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver is the level you start with. Gold is the level above Silver. Platinum is the highest level available.
How do I get to the next level?
To get to the next level, you need to earn a specific amount of loyalty points. A single loyalty point corresponds to the minimum amount that a client can open on the FXTK account.
How long does the level stay?
When you acquire a level above Silver, you keep this new level for one calendar month. If you earn the required amount of loyalty points, you can keep Gold or Platinum level. Otherwise, you go back to Silver level.
When is my level updated?
If you have a required amount of loyalty points, you get to the next level at the start of the following calendar month.

What is the frequency of partner reward crediting?

How can I withdraw my IB commissions?
Completely automated IB reward is credited to a partner`s wallet every Monday without any request.You can transfer funds to a trading account, or withdraw. Just bring your traffic, earn on every referred trader, and cash out via local payment systems.
Investing
How can I access the Investing platform?
You can access our Investing platform from your personal cabinet in FXTK. Click Invest button next to your trading account on a dashboard.
How can I invest with FXTK?
PAMM/Copy Trade Investing with FXTK offers the opportunity to copy trades, provide signals or become PAMM manager. This is possible to use investing services via web-dashboard meanwhile all trades take place in MT4 trading terminal.
Where I can see strategies statistics?
All statistics is presented on the Investment Solutions page. There you can filter or search exact published strategy and subscribe. Note, hidden strategies are accessible only via invite link.
How can I become an Investor?
An investor should have an account with FXTK . After that choose the copy subscriber type and click `Invest`. You will be redirected to the investment platform and will be able to choose the required strategy from the list of Investment Solutions.
How can I start investing in a Strategy Manager?
You can start investing after you register in FXTK and then redirect from your personal cabinet to the investing platform. There you can choose the most comfortable strategy and subscribe.
How many Strategy Managers can I follow?
Up to you! It is possible to follow maximum 3 different strategies in the same trading account. Each client can have up to 4 live accounts in FXTK so in total you can follow up to 12 different strategies.
How can I pause my investments and how do I resume them?
It is possible to unsubscribe from the strategy or change the allocation — this will allow pausing copying.
When is the Profit Share paid?
Performance fees are paid to Master account on Sunday for the previous week.
When can I deposit/withdraw from my Investment account?
Deposit and withdrawal are available for Copy account at any time. Be sure, that your funds are not used in any ongoing trade before the withdrawal. The available amount is shown in your wallet on the main page of Investing platform.
How can I control my risk and exposure?
This is possible to set limits before signing to strategy. Control your risks by choosing a Profit/Loss % level and allocation type.
How can I become a Strategy Manager?
In order to become Strategy Manager you should follow several simple steps: 1)Create separate trading account with FXTK or convert existing in your personal cabinet and choose Master account;2) Click button Invest in your personal cabinet;3) Click on Publish and set strategies description.
What is the Strategy Account Overview page?
The overview page shows the Strategy description and helps other traders to make a decision whether to subscribe to this strategy or choose another.
Where can I find information on my funds, fees and number of investors?
All information about funds, fees and strategy performance you can find in your master account page on the investing platform
What requirements must I meet to be listed on the Strategy Managers Ranking Page?
Your Strategy should have `Published` status and have an active account. This will allow other traders to find your strategy in the list and subscribe.
I want to subsribe to specific strategy. How can I find this strategy?
This is easy to find strategy by its name — use the filter tools and type Strategy name in the search field. If you want to subscribe to the hidden strategy you must have an invite link from the Strategy Master.
How can I hide my strategy and make it private?
You can hide your strategy after publishing in its dashboard. You will see the eye icon next to the Unpublish button. Click on it and follow the instructions. You will receive a personal invite link which you will be able to share with your future subscribers.
I forgot to log out from Investing page after ending the trading session. Is my account safe?
Yes, Investing page has an active 10-minute timer. If there is no activity performed on the page then the system automatically logs out the client. Also, please note that if you use any device (PC, laptop, phone, tablet) of other person be sure that you didn`t save login/passwords in the cache files of browser.
How can I allocate funds to different strategies?
This is possible to allocate funds during subscription to strategy or at any time after subscription. For this, you will need to choose your subscribed account and rebalance the funds.
I want to contact strategy master. How can I do it?
You can contact strategy master if you subscribed to his strategy earlier. There is an active chat service for subscribers and strategy masters. You can find chat icon in the upper part of the screen.
My copied trade went wrong - how can I check what happened?
If you have a question regarding your positions — contact our support line via support@forextk.com or in the live chats on FXTK website. Please, share account number and order description so that our specialist could assist you in details.
How can I unsubscribe from strategy?
This is possible to unsubscribe from the account dashboard page which you subscribed earlier. Another way is to unsubscribe directly from the strategy page. After subscribing `Sign` button changes to `Unsubscribe`
